**The Opportunity**:
This position will be responsible for the implementation of product and pricing master data that align and support all the product strategies, enabling sales growth and operational efficiencies. Working with Manufacturing, Product Management, Finance, Operations and IT in order to coordinate the testing and implementation of new products so that they can be processed and sold efficiently. They will be accountable for the data accuracy of product master data in our systems and participate in cross functional initiatives by conducting research and analysis related to data changes and issues.

**The Job**:

- Provide administrative support of the Product Change Board by ensuring products are translatable by using the PCB checklist and providing feedback on test scenario’s to ensure new or changed products can be transacted in our ERP and CRM systems.
- Responsible for master data in ERP and CRM Systems (product, pricing, product dimensions) ensuring the data is complete for system transactions by working with Finance and Product Management.
- Identify and monitor the quality of critical data elements as it pertains to manufacturing.
- Provide support in the form of requirements definition and testing for development of internal ERP, CRM, BI and Licensing tools.

**What skills you bring**:
**Knowledge**
- Familiarity with the new product introduction process from the perspective of an operational role for either hardware, software or service products
- Quote to Cash process
- Ability to solve complex business problems that may require analysis, interpretation and integration of issues, systems, new pricing approaches and/or providing input and recommendations to various existing product offerings and pricing processes

**Skills**
- Highly collaborative with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools such as Salesforce and SAP
- Intermediate knowledge of excel and have the ability to work with large data sets to audit and perform mass changes of master data
- Work with BI solutions such as Tableau to generate ad hoc reports

**Education**
- University or College graduate in business, finance or engineering
- SAP & Salesforce experience is an asset

**Work Experience**
- Two to five year’s work experience in an operations role

**Work Conditions**
- Work model is hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
- Occasionally extended hours with team members in different time zones
- Fast-paced office environment
