The Ceilidh Student Bar at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is seeking a part-time Bar Manager to helm our lively campus hotspot. We are in the heart of the MacDonald Campus in the Centennial Center (CC) serving the dynamic and diverse student community of our campus.

We're looking for an energetic, organized, and responsible McGill graduate student, based on Macdonald Campus, who can balance academic commitments with the vibrant energy of a student bar. This position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, work with a fun-loving team, and build a lively community atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our patrons

Supervising, training, and scheduling staff members

Maintaining appropriate stock levels, handling orders from suppliers, and properly handling inventory

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Hosting and coordinating special events, promotions, and parties

**What We're Looking For**:

- Current enrollment as a graduate student at Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle stress and stay focused during busy times
- Must be legally able to serve alcohol
- Prior experience in hospitality or bar management is preferred but not required
