**JOB SUMMARY**: Under the supervision of the Information Technology Services (ITS) coordinator, responsible for providing technical and administrative support for the department. Coordinates work and carries out complex technical tasks related to office automation.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform various technical tasks of an administrative nature on behalf of the IT department.
- Perform all technical tasks related to financial systems, such as requisitions, purchase orders, payment requests, budget transfers, and payroll time reporting.
- Using the college Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system, conduct follow-up on open tickets that have not been resolved within established timeframes, performing escalations to senior staff as required.
- Assists in planning, organization, and evaluation the work of the team and ensures the performance of all activities according to projected schedules.
- Gathers, analyzes, and processes data to assist in the preparation of the departmental budget.
- Participate in processes related to data governance support for our enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management systems.
- Work with the ITS managers to identify data requirements and develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Ensure technical support in writing and presentation of documents.
- Use information technology and communication tools related to the work to be done.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- Diploma of college studies (DEC) or a diploma of college studies (DEC) in office automation or a diploma or an attestation of studies recognized as equivalent by the competent authority.

**Specific Requirements**:

- Strong technical and administrative skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of information technology and communication tools (Microsoft office suite including Teams)
- Knowledge of financial, material, and human resources management.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise the work of support personnel.
- Advanced English -oral and written
- Intermediate French oral and written and written comprehension
