**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:
- Supervise all managers and hourly employees in their roles and responsibilities, acting as a mentor, a guide, and a leader.
- Conduct weekly meetings with managers and ensure open communication at all levels.
- Regularly provide feedback and recognition to your team members.
- Coordinate the onboarding, orientation, and training processes for new hires and managers.
- Uphold and embody the values and culture of The Canadian Brewhouse.
- Maintain the interior and exterior of the building to the highest standards - treat our house as your own
- Handle payroll, order placement, schedule creation, fundraiser tracking, and other routine office tasks.
- Oversee and uphold safety, sanitation, and food safety practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and host both in-house and external events - such as Crib night, 40oz steak night, fundraisers, etc.
- Forecast and analyze industry trends, budgets, procurement, and labor.
- Broaden your understanding by familiarizing yourself with Brewhouse procedures - this includes food, drinks, policies, training programs, values, processes, and more
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of financial aspects of running a restaurant
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Nice-to-have Skills**:
- Bartending experience
- Hospitality background
- Kitchen operations knowledge
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry
