Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Service Excellence: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming dining environment.
- Food Quality: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, including menu preparation, presentation, and plating.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure that they are providing excellent service and meeting our high standards.
- Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
