Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures: Analyze customer needs and preferences to determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve job satisfaction and productivity.
- Cost Products and Services: Analyze and optimize menu pricing, inventory management, and labor costs to maintain profitability.
- Participate in Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to maintain a positive reputation.
