Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Canadian Pizza Unlimited. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
