**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Assist in maintaining office filing and storage systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments or managing documents
- Support administrative staff with tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Strong phone etiquette skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Familiarity with data entry and maintaining organized records
- Knowledge of medical equipment is a plus
