Business Development Representative

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential Korean restaurant clients in your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Present and demonstrate our takeout container solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized product recommendations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close business effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Achieve and exceed business development targets and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in food service, packaging, or a related industry.
- Fluency in Korean and English is required.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and takeout services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory.
