TIP Trailer Services is one of Europe and Canada’s leading equipment service providers. We specialize in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair, as well as other value-added services, and provide these to transportation and logistics customers across Europe and Canada.

We are seeking an HR Assistant/Co-op Student for a 4-month contract who will support our HR team in the areas of recruitment and administrative duties.

**What you’ll do**:

- Participate as a member in the recruitment process, including advertising, screening, and references
- Post positions and refresh job postings
- Source various job boards
- Assist Talent Acquisition Specialist with specific recruitment projects as assigned
- Provides support to the Human Resource Team, such as HR administration
- Maintain employee and human resources files
- Support the HR and Payroll team with special projects and ongoing initiatives

**What you’ll bring**:

- Post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with a high degree of organizational and planning skills
- An excellent communicator and problem solver
- Energetic, positive, and results-driven
