**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- **Gather and submit ticket cancellation requests from our clients**:
- **Provide 1 on 1 training sessions with new customers and our software (onboarding)**:
- **Refer customers to our knowledge base**:
- **Receive information regarding software issues / bugs and communicate them with our team**:
- **Dispatch parking enforcement to requested locations**
**Qualifications**
- **Fluent in English - French is an asset**:
- **Must have customer service experience**:
- **Be comfortable learning new software to be able to provide the right assistance and to demonstrate the software over Zoom with new or existing customers**:
- **Having no reservations about calling customers to solve issues quickly
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred**:
- **Must be able to handle sensitive customer information**
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
