We are a dynamic construction company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Direct: Welcome clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Provide Information: Offer basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Scheduling and Invoicing: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize electronic schedulers, MS Office, and accounting software to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on customer service and administrative skills.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
