Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple storage facilities
- Lease storage units and storable pods
- Coordinate and book deliveries for portable storage
- Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment
- Support Real Estate Team
- Book Real Estate appointments
- Prepare Listing Packages and Feature Sheets
- Maintain CRM profiles and marketing materials
Desired qualifications:
- 2 years of previous office experience is preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must be available to work weekends
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
