As a Digital Operations Manager at DigiWerks from ZanCon Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our diverse digital marketing initiatives across various projects. This position involves collaborating closely with the Director of Digital Marketing and other team leaders to enhance brand engagement, improve customer acquisition, and foster growth through effective digital campaigns and content strategies. A key part of your role will be communicating with our Ukrainian team of digital specialists, requiring proficiency in either Ukrainian or Russian. You'll contribute to optimizing traffic, conversions, and ROI, managing digital strategies at a scale suitable for our diverse project demands.

- Monitor market trends and translate these into meaningful contributions in alignment with the strategic business plan
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure your activities align with the strategic business plan and objectives of the business
- Contribute to innovations and continuous business improvement projects
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy

- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager/Director to implement growth marketing strategies across SEM, display advertising, online video, and social media.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to boost sales through innovative digital initiatives, focusing on both B2C and B2B channels.
- Provide insightful analytics and reports, deriving actionable strategies for ongoing brand improvement.
- Develop content strategies in partnership with the content team, aiming to improve the online experience and meet brand goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain the brand's visual identity and support its growth through digital assets.
- Ensure the creation of unique, accurate, and SEO-optimized website content.
- Manage social media marketing strategies and content, engaging with partners, customers, and influencers.
- Oversee digital marketing performance, responding to feedback and inquiries promptly to maintain brand reputation.

**Who You Are**

**Qualifications and experience**
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, demonstrating the ability to implement effective digital marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is required to effectively communicate with the Ukrainian digital team.
- Experience working in digital marketing environments, preferably with a focus on health, beauty, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable plans.

Pay: $37,318.65-$60,000.00 per year
