Working Days: 20 hours a week to start, would be spread out over the week to ensure proactive coordination

Hours: 4 hours/day within Core Hours (10 am - 3 pm PST)

Hourly Rate: $30-$40 per hour (CAD)

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team as a contractor. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in our organization ensuring the successful execution of projects and the overall coordination of our operations. The ability to communicate effectively, be ridiculously organized, find solutions between parties, ensure deadlines and processes are adhered to and a strong technical ability are required to do this job. An understanding of digital marketing is needed but this role will not be actively involved in executing on digital marketing projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to adapt to various systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to ensure things get done

A day in the life as a Project Coordinator (Contractor):
As 1UP's newest Project Coordinator, your responsibilities will span a few areas:

- Platform Organization: Organize and maintain various platforms, ensuring that key users have appropriate access as part of the onboarding process.
- Tier System Launch: Support the launch of a new tier system, including coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Resource Scheduling: Identify and address bottlenecks in project workflows, and schedule resources to ensure timely completion of tasks to our quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with all teams to create and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deliverable Tracking: Track deliverable due dates and follow up with all relevant parties to ensure on-time completion.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Coordination: Schedule and coordinate QA activities with the team, including spot checks with clients to assess project progress. Escalate issues to the Head of Operations (HOO) and ensure the timely review of project deliverables.
- Systems Expertise: Utilize various platforms and tools, with the primary focus being on Asana and Hubstaff. Other platforms would include Google Workplace, Guru, Vidyard, and others as needed. Build and maintain systems for effective project coordination.
- Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve our services and processes.
- Tier Compliance: Ensure that the team is following the established tier system for each service.
- Collaboration with Sales: Schedule time with the sales team to expand areas where the Account Manager (AM) might be going over, ensuring effective coordination.
- Enterprise Client Support: Assist in addressing custom demands from enterprise clients.
- Team Structuring: Ensure the Team Leads are not project managing and instead are providing technical support to their team.
- Diverse Responsibilities: Possibility to contribute to other areas of the company, such as sales tracking and marketing deliverables.
- Time Tracking and Coordination: Oversee time tracking in Hubstaff and task coordination in Asana, ensuring compliance with our tracking systems.
- Accountability: Act as an accountability person, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and holding team members responsible for meeting deadlines, and reporting to management on areas that need attention.
