**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Perform excellent customer service tasks
- Coordinate operations to secure efficiency and compliance
- Clerical tasks, including bookkeeping, organizing files, and processing payroll.
- Answering the main line to fill orders and answer general questions
- Coordinating calendars of yacht bookings
- Create monthly crew schedules and coordinate with staff to ensure performance
- Event planning when needed; booking photographers, decorations, food vendors, etc.
- Hands on with social media accounts
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- **9am - 5pm working hours, but also available outside hours and weekends when needed**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred but not required) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
