**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a full time **Distribution HUB Mail Room Processor & Administrative Assistant** who is eager to join a growing team.
The incumbent will have a knack for details with high-level proficiency organizing and completing assigned tasks and keeping the office functioning smoothly daily.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Sorting, scanning, attaching all personal lines physical mail.
- Maintaining up-to-date mail records and ensuring that all mail is processed on the day it is received outside of circumstances beyond the individual’s control.
- Attaching all items in the Broker Management System (BMS) to appropriate party as outlined and use approved nomenclature and departmental process.
- Ensuring all records in our BMS are accurate, all notes are clear and concise, and correct broker/producer codes are being used.
- Updating BMS codes as needed based on changes to staffing and adapt to any feedback given by departmental leads.
- Staying up to date on BMS system changes and ensure knowledge and speed are consistent with departmental targets.
- Collaborating with and providing backup support to the Front Desk Administrative Officer.
- Other administrative assistance as required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong data entry and typing proficiency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, insurance BMS, or related software.
**Education & Experience**:
- One year's experience with clerical duties.
- Insurance experience would be an asset.
- No experience necessary, willing to train the right fit.
