**Position Overview**: Embark on a transformative career journey as a Warehouse Supervisor Trainee at Prema Canada ULC. In this role, you'll receive exclusive mentorship from our seasoned Warehouse Manager, allowing you to learn the ropes of warehouse management firsthand. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Under the exclusive mentorship of our Warehouse Manager, learn to coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
- Shadow our Warehouse Manager to gain insights into effective leadership, workflow optimization, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to conduct thorough checks on outgoing distributor stock orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in preparing courier documentation and processing shipments with meticulous attention to detail, under the guidance of our experienced mentor.
- Participate in various warehouse tasks, such as picking, packaging, palletizing, and restocking, to develop practical skills and operational proficiency.
- Receive personalized training on cycle counting procedures and inventory management best practices, tailored to your learning pace and preferences.
- Embrace opportunities to contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment, guided by the expertise of our mentor.
- Adapt to designated work schedules and eagerly seize additional responsibilities as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for learning and a strong desire to pursue a career in warehouse management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic mathematical aptitude and a willingness to learn new skills under the mentorship of our Warehouse Manager.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting weights up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to embrace challenges and opportunities for growth.
**Work Environment**:
- Exposure to moving equipment and outdoor weather conditions may occur.
- Upon completion of competency training, incumbents may be required to operate motorized loading and unloading equipment.
- Adherence to stringent safety protocols is essential when operating machinery and power tools, guided by our experienced Warehouse Manager.
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
