Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire du développement commercial ambitieux et énergique pour nous aider à élargir notre clientèle et nos services. Vous serez la vitrine de l'entreprise et aurez à cœur de créer et d'appliquer une stratégie de vente efficace.

L'objectif est d'assurer une croissance financière durable en stimulant les ventes, les services et en forgeant des relations solides avec les clients et les fournisseurs.

**FONCTIONS ET TÂCHES**:

- Élaborer une stratégie de croissance axée à la fois sur les gains financiers et sur la satisfaction des clients.
- Effectuer des recherches afin d'identifier de nouveaux marchés et les besoins des clients.
- organiser des réunions d'affaires avec des clients potentiels
- promouvoir les produits/services de l'entreprise en répondant aux objectifs des clients ou en les prévoyant
- préparer les contrats de vente en veillant à respecter les règles et les lignes directrices établies par la loi
- tenir des registres des ventes, des recettes, des factures, etc.
- Fournir un retour d'information fiable et un soutien après-vente.
- Établir des relations à long terme avec les clients nouveaux et existants
- Développer le personnel débutant pour en faire des vendeurs de valeur

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

- Expérience professionnelle confirmée en tant que responsable du développement des affaires, cadre commercial ou dans une fonction pertinente.
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la vente
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l'assistance à la clientèle est un atout
- Maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (par exemple Salesforce)
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français
- Connaissance du marché de l'esthétique médicale
- Compétences en matière de communication et de négociation
- Capacité à établir des relations
- Gestion du temps et compétences en matière de planification
- BSc/BA en administration des affaires, en vente ou dans un domaine pertinent
- Les RH et/ou la gestion d'un spa médical sont un atout

**JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English & French
- Market knowledge of medical aesthetics
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Spa experience an asset
- HR and/or Managing a spa environment an asset
