**Your Role**
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive Growth: Lead efforts to identify, acquire, and expand our client base across Canada.
- Build Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales professionals to create a high-performing salesforce.
- Achieve Results: Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Innovate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with market demands.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales leadership roles within the payment processing industry.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in client acquisition, revenue growth, and team management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop sales teams.
- Strategic Vision: Expertise in market analysis, data-driven sales strategies.
