JOB TITLE: Admin Clerk

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Creating the Purchase orders.
- Uploading shipment in CNB App
- Updating all the orders on time
- Invoicing ready orders
- Creating credit notes
- Creating school orders
- Close vendor invoices
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Perform data entry

**Requirements**:

- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures

**Qualification**:

- Education: College or University degree.
- Strong Math skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

**Required experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in office administration.

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
