Monday - Friday (no weekends or evenings)

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting.
- **MUST HAVE experience in Quickbooks ONLINE and Quickbooks**

**Time/TSheets.**

**Job Summary**:

- Maintain full cycle accounting in Quickbooks Online.
- Manage general ledgers and financial statements. Data entry of all sales and expenses, etc.
- Manage bank feeds.
- Preparation of Bank Reconciliations, credit cards, accounts payable/accounts receivable, investigation of discrepancies, and general office assistance as required.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, Quotes.
- Responsible for the organization and filing of all paperwork, physically and digitally. Maintain all necessary records, files, and processes to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations, and always be completely prepared for a possible CRA audit.
- Working with accountant as required.
- Payroll, reimbursements, STAT holiday pay, and onboarding new employees.
- HST, WSIB, and Government remittances.
- Hub Doc - receipt system.
- T-Sheets.
- Administrative duties as required, booking hotels, typing of panel schedules, etc.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
