**_What your team does:_**
Redstone is an industry-leading agency focused on delivering outsourced services to not-for-profit professional and trade associations. These services include developing marketing strategies and execution, creating marketing and communication schedules, creating content, creating marketing materials, social media marketing, website management, video editing, and so much more

**_What you’ll do:_**
- Support the social media and content creation for our not-for-profit association clients
- Content creation and development for industry publications and blogs
- Develop monthly content calendars to guide ongoing communications and execute on social media concepts through graphic design and video editing
- Assist with the content development (whether developing it from scratch or facilitating cross departmental procurement of content)
- Develop and support content strategies for association clients using SWOT analyses, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on results
- Work closely with Association clients’ Board of Directors, your internal team, and volunteer committees to create a cross-channel delivery process of content messaging
- Assist with client website updates and/or redevelopment initiatives
- Leverage your digital content creation experience to strategize, plan, and implement digital ad campaigns and conduct performance reporting to identify opportunities for campaign improvements
- Draft press release announcements and create both printed and electronic communications
- Develop weekly and monthly posts, stories, and longer-format content pieces to be shared through client and partner channels (e-blasts, social, events)
- Collaborate with internal team, client Chair and Committee Chairs on development of new partnerships and content creation/sharing opportunities to drive value for members

- You have a university or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Marketing, or another related program
- You have working knowledge of Google ad campaigns, social media ad campaigns, SEO, digital copy writing, and digital video and programmatic
- You are tech-savvy and interested in learning new software and systems
- You can juggle priorities and adapt in a busy changing environment, managing multiple projects at once, and adhering to strict deadlines
- You must be detail oriented to be successful in this role - nothing gets past you
- You see changes in direction as opportunities, not roadblocks
- You can work outside of regular working hours as required, including extended hours, holidays and weekends during busy periods and peak seasons
- You are a self-starter and motivated to work in a flexible environment

**_ Serious bonus points if:_**
- You are bilingual in English / French
- You have experience working at an Agency, and/or the Events and Association Management industry
- You have experience with Association Management Software (AMS)

Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 salary base based on experience + eligible bonuses
