**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a Content Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our Content Marketing and Communications team.
Your role will be required to regularly perform essential duties on behalf of the company from your assigned Aviso office. Your role is considered medium flexibility, requiring you to work onsite 1-3 days per week at our office at 151 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON.

Reporting to the Director, Content Strategy and Social Media the Content Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support the Content, Social Media and Communications team by providing project management and execution support on a variety of departmental initiatives, and will play a key role in the delivery of projects in support of all lines of business.

**What your day looks like**:

- Assist with the development and implementation of content marketing and communications projects and campaigns across a variety of different mediums - in support of our D2C and B2B business lines
- Working in partnership with product marketing and shared services, you will contribute to our D2C and B2B content, social and communications strategy execution - in support of overall paid and owned marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Lead and manage small to medium projects, such as communication plans, content and social media calendars, newsletters, presentations, website updates, etc., delivering expected outcomes on-time and within scope
- Assist with the content, social media and communications team’s internal briefing, stakeholder reviews and implementation process
- Update various websites with content and digital assets
- Support coverage of the content and communications inquiries received through the Communications inbox and Workfront, responding to requests in a timely matter
- Maintain inventory of content, social and communications approved editorials, materials and assets, as well as general organization of department and shared materials and resources
- Manage marketing communications to various internal and external audiences as required
- Process invoices according to proper procedures, securing approvals and ensuring that correct ledgers are assigned to track expenses
- Other duties as assigned to support the various functions of the Content, Social Media and Communications team

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Post-secondary education in business, marketing or communications preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a marketing and communications department
- Knowledge of the financial services industry - with a good understanding of wealth management and asset management within those markets - is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priority as needed
- Familiarity with social media marketing would be an asset
- Fluent communication skills are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
- Highly self-motivated individual who is resourceful and driven
- A good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
- HTML, Photoshop, and video skills would be an asset
- Extremely well organized and detail oriented
- Independent and self-directed with a strong ability to work collaboratively with peers
