**Key Job Accountabilities**:
Assists and supports the Board’s strategic objectives in the areas of international student recruitment

Involved in the planning, organization and the implementation of the Board’s international student recruiting and admissions program

Acts as a resource to student leaders and is a key contact for prospective international students interested in the OCSB

Helps to guide international students through the recruitment cycle

Involves hands-on work in the area of program management, administration as well as pedagogical implementation

Extensive work liaising abroad, within the Ottawa community and within the OCSB

Participates in meetings and presentations with domestic and overseas partners

Designs and delivers training, presentations, etc

Verifies assessment documentation for accuracy and completeness and ensures completion of necessary forms for admissions procedures

Coordinates events as well as designs and coordinates campaigns and promotional products

Contribute to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment that embraces diversity and fosters inclusion

Provides operational support to the Supervisor and other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
Degree or Diploma in related or relevant field

Two years related experience administering International Education programs

Broad knowledge of international education markets, international enrolment as well as international support

Has received training in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Knowledge of immigration processes, immigrant communities and diplomatic communities in Ottawa

Ability to be a mentor for others, advise and advocate for the International Program

Highly proficient with a variety of digital tools including MS Office and Google Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies

Ability to work outside regular business hours and on weekends

Travel as required for the promotion of the program and recruitment of students

Excellent organizational, problem solving, collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills

A valid driver’s license and use of a personal vehicle are essential

Individuals who possess an equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered

**In addition, the following will be considered an asset**:
RCIC Certification (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant)

Fluency in two or more languages

This position has an annual range of $61,219 - $69,189.

The approximate start date of this full time (1.0 FTE) permanent position will be as soon as the interview process is complete. An employee benefits and pension package are also provided.
