Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Drake International is seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the National Capital Region. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their staffing and productivity requirements, developing a recruitment strategy, and executing that strategy to provide timely recruitment solutions that meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain awareness of the local market to identify new business opportunities
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
  • Prepare effective job postings and screen candidates through a proper assessment process
  • Proactively source candidates through diverse sources, including internal databases, e-boards, networking, social media, and referrals
  • Interview candidates to fulfill client requirements
  • Ensure candidate files are well-maintained, up-to-date, and treated with strict confidentiality
  • Provide follow-up service to candidates and clients to ensure successful placement
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' recruiting experience relevant to the area of responsibility
  • Exceptional customer service and negotiation ability, supported by a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to plan and organize in a time-sensitive environment to deliver on deadlines
  • Bilingual (French and English)
