**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and administer general business office activities.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Develop working relationships with customers and vendors.
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures as needed
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Facilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needs.
