We are currently recruiting a Financial Management Officer to join our growing team in Oakville Ontario. If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a dynamic, diversified, and innovative company, this position is for you.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial procedures and policies for DuPak.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices.
- Plan budgets, execute and monitor transactions.
- Maintain records of all transactions.
- Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedures.
- Monitor internal controls, ensure accuracy and compliance to internal policies, procedures, and internal control.
- Conduct audits of businesses to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare reports, audit findings and improvement suggestion to the management.
- Analyze financial documents and reports.
- Assist in DuPak’s investment plan development.
- Supervise the financial staff.

**Employment Requirements**:

- Minimum college diploma in finance or accounting.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting, budget management, financial controls, financial planning principles and general accounting procedures.
- Excellent financial planning and analysis skills.
- Must be organized, thorough and have great attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information and deal with complexity
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

**Salary**: $37.50-$40.00 per hour
