**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure accurate patient documentation and data management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and resource allocation.
- Handle human resources functions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure that the clinic is equipped with necessary supplies and equipment for optimal operation.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of medical office practices and procedures.
- Experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; familiarity with Dentrix is a plus.
- Understanding of medical terminology essential for effective communication within the clinic.
- Background in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare context.
- Human resources experience, particularly in hiring and training staff members.
- Previous experience in a hospital or dental office environment is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.48-$21.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
