Clinic Operations Manager

Ajax, Canada Integrate Health Services Full time

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Plan and oversee the day-to-day operations of clinic.
- Responsible for key decision making in collaboration with the management team.
- Strategically plans, implements and evaluates new and existing programs and services.
- Continuously evaluate and review all operational processes and procedures to identify and recommend improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for maximizing clinic revenue streams.
- Act as the main point of contact for urgent employee or patient concerns.
- Answer patient inquiries, investigate complaints, and provide conflict resolution.
- Oversee the inventory of necessary clinic supplies; review and place orders for medical and office supplies.
- Responsible for HR duties such as: hiring, training, providing ongoing performance reviews to employees and managing the Employee Benefit Program.
- Supervise clinic team members and oversee staff responsibilities.
- Implement and develop company policies and procedures.
- Oversee complex schedules.
- Oversee the inventory of necessary clinic supplies; review and place orders for medical and office supplies.
- Works closely with finance team and manage accounts receivables.
- Maintain multiple software’s utilized in clinic operations.
- Directly support President with any requests.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a clinical or health care setting.
- Minimum 2 years of proven success in a leadership role.
- Bachelor degree in business management, operations management, business administration, healthcare management or related field.
- Working knowledge of software programs, including PSS Telus Suite EMR, Ocean and Quickbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and provide strong leadership.
- Advanced computer skills, and knowledge of Mac Operating System.
- Effective skills in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Flexible with availability outside of regular business hours.
- Highly organized and effective multitasking ability.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- healthcare management: 2 years (preferred)
- PSS Telus Suite EMR: 1 year (preferred)
- Quickbooks Online: 1 year (preferred)
