Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist looking to work with multiple brands under an established business in a self-managed role. You will have the opportunity to mould this position and collaborate with ownership to build an efficient Marketing Department.

You will be responsible for building a digital presence and managing all marketing initiatives with a heavy focus on lead generation. You should be well-versed in measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs). You should also understand how to work with data, optimize page ranking on search engines, as well as inbound marketing.

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field;
- 3-5 years in Marketing with a B2B background;
- Manage a marketing budget dedicated to outsourcing, advertising, and operations;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
- Expert understating of SEO, search engines, performance marketing, outreach strategy, competitor analysis, and best practices for content development;
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Ability to multi-task and self-manage;
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot or your preferred CRM software.

Additional requirements may include:

- Outbound marketing;
- Experience in graphic design and print a plus;
- Photography, videography and content creation are preferred;
- Experience with HTML or any web based programming languages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee the Marketing Department both independently and through outsourcing;
- Design, build and maintain our web and media presence;
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
- Generate and manage leads through a CRM platform;
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests;
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
