**Sales Development Representative (SDR)**

**Job Overview**: Luminii is built on the premise that architecture and illumination are intrinsic to each other. We are fixated on developing advanced LED technologies and products while continuing to expand our brand into key global markets and channels. You will be responsible for working with our primary customer, our agent partners in pitching new products and technologies, servicing their inside sales and project team as a brand ambassador, and discovering and following up on new business opportunities and driving sales via discretionary opportunities by delivering top-notch sales services.
You will work cross-functionally with RSMs across North America, Marketing leadership to define a new agent market strategy to drive the SENSO Concierge Program and evolve our customer engagement levels to ensure we align the right types of product content to the right audience against pre-defined

**Duties**:
− Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients

− Creates service value proposition for high-end residential.

− Contacting potential customers to establish rapport, develop relationships and sales.

− Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

− Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.

− Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry.

− Collaborating with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.

− Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

− Define go to market strategy to maximize growth and effectiveness

− Build analysis to review progress toward goals and margin maximization

− Build tools that deliver that best business view for the customers to review

**Experience**:
− Bachelor’s degree

− Background in developing sales strategies.

− CRM Experience

− Microsoft Suite

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$92,000.00 per year
