**Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)**
**Location: Calgary**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and creating new opportunities for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients and play a crucial role in driving new business and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively reach out to prospective home builders, designers, renovators, and commercial contractors to identify new sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads through initial conversations, assessing their needs, and determining if they fit within our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Utilize the CRM system to build and maintain an accurate database of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.
- Manage and Update CRM database ensuring all customer information is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings or calls with potential clients, aiming to build relationships and understand their specific project needs.
- Identify and create personalized outreach campaigns to engage with potential customers in a professional manner.
- Drive market research initiatives to identify new target markets and opportunities within the industry.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships over time to ensure engagement and conversion into loyal customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets to drive growth in the company’s regional and local markets.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to share customer feedback, optimize processes, and find creative solutions to customer challenges.

Pay: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
