**The Role: Professional Services Leader**
- Reporting to the Director, Primary Care Partnerships, the Professional Services Leader will lead a portfolio of primary care clinic partnerships. Working closely and consulting with Store Operations & Pharmacy services, the Professional Services Leader will be responsible for promoting Rexall pharmacy services and improving the overall relationship between the pharmacy store teams and primary care clinics affiliated with the store.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of primary care partnerships with various types of clinics to promote and integrate Rexall pharmacy services and ensure there is a positive patient experience.
- Work closely with Rexall’s Real Estate, District Leadership, and local Pharmacy teams to develop and execute plans to improve business performance.
- As an internal consultant, mentor and train pharmacy teams and District leadership on standard methodologies for various healthcare partnerships.
- Develop a continuous improvement process to update and refine standard methodologies.
- Improve the clinic/pharmacy relationship with the aim of acquiring new business (e.g. patients, professional services, etc.)
- Onboard new partnerships as a key point of contact between clinics and internal teams (e.g. grand openings)
- Promote Rexall’s value proposition and identify marketing opportunities and technological solutions to improve patient care

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:

- Highly self-motivated, self-directed and change oriented individual.
- 3-5 years of pharmacy and/or physician clinic experience preferred.
- Account management experience an asset.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in health and/or business-related fields.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be able to build rapport and effective working relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Understands and demonstrates patient centered customer service and works to build organizational credibility.
