**Your responsibilities**:

- You build and maintain trust and strong multi-level relationships with customers and prospects
- You lead the sales process for your opportunities, and keep active contact with all of your accounts
- You collaborate with accounts to assess and identify needs and use this knowledge to gain customer understanding of company offerings and ability to deliver successful solution-based options
- You develop and manage sales initiatives and services, and participate in marketing strategies to drive growth
- You maintain a pulse on your market, and actively participate with industry associations

**Requirements**:

- Previous Sales or Customer Service experience; B2B an asset
- Post-Secondary education in Business and/or Technical background
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Experience in manufacturing or precast construction industry an asset
