We are currently looking for experienced English & Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representatives to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the primary role is to handle inbound calls and provide information regarding our products and services while offering the highest level of customer service. The Customer Service Representative will also provide resolutions, alternatives and/or options for the customer to achieve a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for handling incoming calls, immediately as they come in, and providing timely and accurate information to the customer
- Responsible for handling all return authorizations and following up on the returns to completion
- Follow up with clients on any sample and quote requests
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure that customer’s requests for shipments are met
- Effectively communicate any changes to the customer that may affect their order(s)
- Escalate all unresolved client issues on a timely basis
- Responsible for taking customer orders and entering them in the system when necessary
- On-going maintenance of customer and order database
- Meet service targets set by the department

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal English and French communication skills (Quebec French preferred for Bilingual positions)
- Experience in the apparel industry/promotional products industry is an asset
- Proficient computer skills - Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Dependable, self-motivated and customer service oriented
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- **Flexibility with hours, availability between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Friday)**

**Sommaire des tâches**:

- Responsable de la gestion des appels entrants, dès leur arrivée et de fournir des informations rapides et précises au client
- Responsable de la gestion de toutes les autorisations de retour et suivi des rendements
- Fournir des informations aux clients par téléphone, télécopieur et courrier électronique concernant les modèles, les stocks, les prix, les commandes en attente, les articles discontinués, les dates d'expédition, les promotions, l’état de leurs commandes et les politiques et procédures de retour
- Faire le suivi des clients sur les demandes d’échantillon et de devis
- Assurer la liaison avec le personnel de l'entrepôt pour s'assurer que les demandes de livraison des clients sont satisfaites
- Communiquez efficacement toutes modifications qui pourraient affecter les commandes des clients
- Signaler les problèmes et recommander des solutions à tous les problèmes de client non résolus en temps opportun
- Responsable de prendre les commandes des clients et de les entrer dans le système lorsque cela est nécessaire
- Maintenance en cours de la base de données client et commandes
- Atteindre les objectifs du service fixés par le département
