Regional Sales Manager Central Opportunity

Galderma Pharma S.A, a leading dermatology category leader, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales activities within assigned districts and/or regions, driving growth and expansion of our aesthetic product portfolio.

Job Overview

This Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for managing sales teams to achieve sales objectives, developing and implementing strategic business plans to meet regional, area, and company goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction while meeting sales goals and managing sales activities and development of sales representatives.
  • Deliver regional sales forecasts and deliver to plan, identifying opportunities and gaps and bringing forward innovative solutions to support efficiencies and drive NNS.
  • Implement strategic business plans to meet regional, area, and company goals.
  • Assume accountability and responsibility for own personal career growth and development.
  • Coach, council, and develop representatives on direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
  • Evaluate the activities and effectiveness of sales representatives on a consistent basis and execute IDP and Performance management cycle and process as mandated.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Sales Management experience required, and Aesthetic experience preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Prior experience leading and coaching a team of career-level professionals in a field-based environment.
  • Developed negotiating skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to influence & change customer behavior.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and develop market/business opportunities.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software (Veeva CRM).
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including an excellent benefits program, pension program after one year of service, tuition reimbursements, and service rewards program.
