We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager for placement at our client's site for a 3-month contracts. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of all IT-related tasks for the setup of a new facility. This includes coordinating IT infrastructure installation, ensuring proper connectivity and security, and managing the deployment of various systems such as NVR camera systems, door access control, and network solutions. The role demands a strategic approach to ensure all technology requirements are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage the installation of network cabling, switches, firewalls, and all relevant hardware.
- Ensure ISP connectivity is established, along with backup ISP for redundancy and business continuity.
- Collaborate with ISPs, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and proper setup.
- Implement a robust and secure network environment, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Manage the deployment of the NVR Camera System, including the installation of cameras in office areas, around the building perimeter, warehouse, and manufacturing areas.
- Ensure proper integration and configuration of the networked camera system for remote monitoring, storage, and accessibility.
- Oversee installation and configuration of a secure door access control system for offices, warehouse areas, and potentially external entry points.
- Ensure that all security systems are compliant with relevant security policies and regulations.
- Work closely with third-party vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure proper installation and setup of IT infrastructure and security systems.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with service providers for optimal delivery of services.
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan that outlines all IT-related tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with the facility's overall construction and operational timeline.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage and track the project budget, ensuring that all IT-related expenses are controlled.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning of all systems, ensuring that they meet operational requirements and adhere to company standards.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all IT infrastructure, including network topology, hardware details, and user guides for system use.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related activities during the facility setup.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones.
- Ensure all team members and stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure a smooth transition from project phase to operational handover, including any necessary training for local staff.
- Provide troubleshooting and support during the initial phases of operation at the new facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly with infrastructure setups.
- Experience in networking, ISP coordination, and deployment of security systems (NVR cameras and door access controls).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cabling standards, firewall configuration, and hardware installation.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors, and third-party providers effectively.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is desirable.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

**Working hours**:From Monday to Friday

**Experience**: IT project management: 5 years (mandatory)
