**About the Role**

The fast-paced and exciting technology division of Real Matters’ is looking for a team focused energetic Project Manager to lead our technology teams in the building out of our cloud-based technology platform, Redihive.

You will work with a world class technology team and be responsible for seeing the successful completion of projects through our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) while maintaining excellent positive communication with all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects through the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, budgets, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop project plans to the degree of detail necessary to efficiently support the project
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Lead scrums through sprint planning with software development team
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Work with stakeholder to resolve conflicts
- Develop innovative solutions to solve scope, schedule or resource concerns

**Skills and Expertise**
- Minimums of 5-7+ years of technical project management or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, generate detailed timelines/schedules, manage budgets, perform resource allocations and facilitate team meetings
- Experience in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in Banking/Mortgage or Financial Industries is an asset
- Familiarity with online Project and Portfolio Management tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Experience communicating to stakeholders, clients and leadership teams
- Positive “can do” attitude - works to solve problems rather than create obstacles
- Possesses ownership and charisma to motivate stakeholders and staff throughout the project
- Good critical thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Works with teams to clarify objectives and destress obstacles and conflicts
- Excellent planning ability utilizing time management and optimization skills
- Project Management Professional (or equivalent) is an asset.
- Additional technical and/or business certifications are an asset.
