You, as the Executive assistant, must be someone with administrative experience, typing skills, quick with the mouse and computer programs like Micorsoft Office and G-Suite. (Canva and any design and video editing is a bonus.)

Are you pleasant and question-based on the phone? Can you take the initiative and call clients to update and assure them... while asking for referrals? This could be for you.

Do you pay attention to details as well? Can you stop and start tasks without being flustered?

What are your strengths and weaknesses when it comes to work and everyday life?

**Responsibilities**
**- Basic phone skills - not afraid of calling our current and past clients and staying in touch and asking for referrals at times. Training and support will be there.**
**- Computer skills - operates Office and quick in typing and mouse operation. Socail media knowledge and can use graphic design software. Willing to learn.**
- Provides sophisticated calendar and task management
- Track financials and spend for the office
- Complete adhoc administrative tasks and special projects
- Arrange and handle all meeting logistics, including meeting agenda
- Manage day-to-day daily office operations in cooperation with other future EA’s
- Act as a liaison with guests and clients alike (mostly via phone)
- Process mail and respond to inquiries as directed
- Knowledge of MLX system, Followup boss, and Tiktok and other social media is an asset

**Skills**
- Fluent with Microsoft Office and G-Suite/Google programs
- Excellent communication skills, able to streamline communication from clients to executive
- Demonstrate credible, unbiased troubleshooting demeanor
- Make informed decisions around priorities and time
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Self-starter that thrives on working independently and takes initiative in the small and large tasks
- Accurate in their output and proofreads their work before sending to the executive
- Quick and concise
- LOOKING TO MOVE UP in a company and job field without a need for traditional college or university

**Experience**
- Admin background necessary
- Organizing events and meetings and paperwork and

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
