Role Overview
The Social Engagement Customer Service Representative will be instrumental in managing our online interactions with customers through social media, live chat, and other digital platforms. Your role will involve engaging with customers, moderating comments, qualifying leads, and ensuring high-quality customer service across all digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Interaction: Utilize your sales background to enhance customer interactions and convert inquiries into sales.
- Comment Moderation: Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments on our social media channels to maintain a positive community environment.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads from social interactions and direct them through the sales funnel.
- Live Chat Management: Engage with customers and prospects in real-time via live chat on our website and social media platforms.
- Outbound Calling: Reach out to leads and customers with follow-up calls to enhance engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Social Media Messaging: Manage and respond to direct messages on platforms like Facebook and Instagram to maintain high engagement levels.
Tool Proficiency
- Freshworks Ecosystem: Experience with Freshworks tools for managing customer interactions and data.
- Social Media Platforms: Proficient with social media management on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, YouTube; understanding platform-specific nuances and engagement strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven background in sales and customer service.
- Experience in digital customer service, including live chat and social media engagement.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels simultaneously.
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
- Team-oriented mindset with high level of adaptability and flexibility.
