Fitset Ninja offers specialized programming for schools, including our Mobile Obstacle Courses and School Field Trips. Our Mobile Obstacle Courses involve bringing our program to schools for full day events. Our School Field Trips involve schools bringing groups of students to our facility.

**Position Summary**

Fitset Ninja is looking for an experienced, motivated sales person to join our team. This person will be responsible for the promotion and uptake of our school programming, including Mobile Obstacle Courses and School Field Trips. The target customer for this role will be teachers and school administrators.

Our School Programs Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying leads, connecting with potential customers, securing bookings for our school programming and following up with clients after service delivery.

This is a commission-based position. This is a seasonal position, with the potential to become a full-year role. This is a hybrid-remote position to be based out of Calgary or Edmonton.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Research potential customers
- Develop and implement a sales plan
- Conduct outbound sales calls to Alberta schools (cold and warm calls)
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding school programming
- Document all sales interactions and create status reports
- Schedule program bookings
- Work in collaboration with management and administration
- Achieve sales metrics including number of calls and number of bookings within schedule
- Conduct follow-up re-booking surveys
- Provide feedback and insight to management on programming marketing initiatives

**Qualifications**
- Prior sales experience
- Necessary equipment to work remotely including a laptop and mobile device

**Salary**: $10.00-$100,000.00 per year
