**Responsibilities**:

- Represent NWST Charitable Organization at various events and locations.
- Engage with the public to explain NWST’s mission and programs.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote events and share information about NWST.
- Create and maintain a positive image of the brand, demonstrating products and services.
- Network and build relationships with potential donors and partners.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on public interactions and perceptions.
- Track and report on field sales activities and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role.
- Strong presence on social media platforms with experience creating online content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Experience in sales, particularly field sales, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies.
- BSc in Marketing or a relevant degree is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
