**_The Sales Support and Program Coordinator_** identifies and promotes specialty retail strategies within Trail Appliances, a key account stakeholder, that meet or exceed retail sales targets.


**Compensation**:Salary plus Incentive Bonus

**Travel**: Required (Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Saskatoon)

**Location**:_Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada_**. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advances Kinetico’s relationship with the Trail Appliance stores to create more store generated sales and to keep sales staff focused on Kinetico products.
- Works closely with senior level management within Trail Appliances and the Trail Appliance sales teams to ensure business objectives are fully integrated into our retail specialty program.
- Serves as a resource dedicated to the ongoing support of Trail Appliance’s sales staff; trains staff on the Kinetico brand of products, provides in-depth knowledge of features and uses, and consults on product capabilities and technical solutions.
- Mentors and develops sales representatives utilizing current sales strategies; implements and executes new program initiatives.
- Educates sales representatives on consumer buying behaviors and sales process and handling objections.
- Encourages Trail Appliance sales teams to identify Kinetico products as solutions to the end customer; assists with in store product presentation.
- Conducts home visits for confirmation or clarification on product capabilities or installation requirements.
- Supports Trail and the sales program at events and trade shows as needed.
- Supports the training and development of Kinetico Costco program through Trail Appliances and their partnered contract sales agency.

**_ Education & Qualifications:_**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-Secondary education in Business or Marketing preferred.
- Experience in sales and or retail.

- Previous experience in water treatment is considered an asset.
