Commercial Property Administrator

Knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies Act;
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and Landlord Tenant Act;
- Experience in Commercial Lease Administration;
- Experience in Residential Lease Administration and associated drafting and preparation of residential lease forms;
- Familiarity with the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal (LTB);
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Office, Windows, etc.;
- Excellent written communication;
- Excellent oral communication;
- Organized;
- Team player;
- Dependability;
- Social Media Skills a plus;
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage priorities with careful attention to detail;
- Ability and commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times in a professional businesslike manner;
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing);
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing; and
- Organize, sort, and prepare correspondence and documents.
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
