**Tridon Communications is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join out team in Edmonton Head Office.**

**Job Summary**:
The Front Desk Reception/Office Administrator is critical for the smooth operation of the Edmonton office by providing customer service, administrative support, and point of sale duties to assist in the daily operations of Tridon Communications operations. They will greet and screen visitors, follow proper safety procedures, answer and refer inbound telephone calls, and assist with varied administrative duties as assigned.

**Required Work Experience**:

- 2 - 5 years of direct work experience in a receptionist and administrative capacity
- Experience with managing a multi line switch board and a steady call volume
- Experience working in a technical or trades industry considered an asset

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to spend the majority of the day sitting and working in front of a computer.

We operate eight service shops in Fort McMurray, Edmonton, Edson, Hinton, Calgary, Athabasca, Saskatoon & Terrace British Columbia.
