Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Looking for a full time bookkeeper/administrative assistant with minimum 5 years experience for a fast paced construction company. Must be proficient in Microsoft office and SAGE 50 Accounting software.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- data entry
- weekly payroll run
- AP cheque runs
- Bank reconciliations
- invoicing
- quarterly HST and WSIB returns
- issuing PO's
- EHT remittances
- other tasks as they arise
Compensation to negotiated and determined based on experience.
**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
