**About the Role**: We’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales team and be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You’ll play a key role in qualifying leads, building relationships, and setting the stage for a positive sales experience from the start. **What You’ll Do**:
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads generated from outbound efforts and inbound inquiries, ensuring prospects are a good fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
- **Pipeline Development**: Research and build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects by leveraging tools, social media, and CRM data.
- **Relationship Building**: Engage with prospects to understand their challenges, educate them on our offerings, and position Cavalier as their go-to solution provider.
- **Inbound Lead Management**: Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, ensuring every lead receives an exceptional first-touch experience while assessing their needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, share insights, and develop innovative ways to generate and nurture leads.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinate demos, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and consistent follow-through with prospects.
- **Account Insights**: Build detailed profiles for target accounts, including decision-maker contacts, pain points, and potential use cases, to support the broader sales cycle.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in inside sales, prospecting, or customer service roles, with a proven track record of setting and achieving goals
- Self-driven with a “get-it-done” attitude, able to manage time well and work effectively, whether independently or as part of a team
- High level of integrity and a commitment to contributing to a growing business
- Proficiency in CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus), Microsoft Office, and G Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; however, a high school diploma with relevant experience will be considered

Pay: $50,000.00-$77,000.00 per year
