Events Coordinator

Qualifications and Skills

: Two or more years of experience coordinating events

: Deadline-driven, punctual, and budget-minded

: Strong attention to detail

: Strong ability to problem-solve and multi-task effectively

: Client-service oriented and possess a strong professional demeanour

Asset: post-secondary education in Event Management, Marketing and, Communications or Business

**Responsibilities**:
: Provide excellent service to guests; ensure level of service meets Resorts standards

: Responsible for assisting with overall administration of the Events department

: Participate in the administration of the Resort’s Policies and Procedures

: Meeting regularly with the Event Manager

: Meeting with clients to discuss their events needs

: Coordinating with resort departments, such as accommodations and food & beverage as required

: Creating schedules for event staff

: Reviewing guest feedback with event staff and senior management

: Adhering to budget

: Attending events to manage and ensure all moving parts are in place.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
