We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
